Our Philippines collection point under UPS is closed until further notice from March 18th 2020 onward due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine implemented in Luzon due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

In addition both of our Distributors - AGT and Millennium are also closed at this time and not able to facilitate RMA returns on our behalf.

Updates will follow as and when the situation changes and normal RMA processing can resume.
